As part of our continued improvement programme, Guarding Professionals is continually reviewing its processes in order to meet, match and surpass customer expectations. We measure customer satisfaction through the administration of customer satisfaction questionnaire which will include any comments, our customers may have relating to how we may improve. Key Accounts managers also hold monthly meetings with clients enabling us to informally measure the level of satisfaction.

We take our time to fully explore and understand our customer’s requirements to ensure that we deliver the services to meet our customer needs. In doing this, we comply with the statutory requirement of BS7499 and BS7858

Service Level Agreement


Guarding Professionals fulfils and fully complies with all aspects of its Service Level Agreement with its clients. Services are delivered on time, to budget and only security screened; qualified and appropriately attired officers are deployed on client’s site. All sites have Risk Assessment and Assignment instructions and these are communicated to the officers.

Vetting


All Guarding Professionals employees undergo a stringent vetting procedure. At entrance level they are checked by the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) and subsequently licensed by the SIA. Our vetting procedures comply with the provisions of BS 7858:2004.
