Guarding Professionals provides superior security services to both public and private sector clients.
At Guarding Professionals we understand that some of our clients need our services on a long term basis while others will need the service for either a day or a few weeks. No matter what your requirement may be – “Permanent or Temporary”, Guarding Professionals has the flexibility to tailor a service to match your requirements.
Our clients include building owners, hotels, nightclubs, offices, private developers, housing estates, neighbourhood and private residents. We are totally focused on delivering the highest standard of customer satisfaction with our customers security needs at the very core of our service offering.
Every officer we supply is Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed and is subjected to our stringent and rigorous recruitment process. This involves background checks and a minimum of two face-face interviews.

Patrol Serve (Mobile Security/Bike Patrol)
This service involves regular patrols of properties where there is no need for an on – site officer. Officers assigned to mobile patrol duties walk around your site or location and conduct regular security checks within their assigned geographical area. Depending on your needs, officers can also patrol your neighbourhood using either bicycles, vehicles or a combination of both forms of transport.
Construction Site
Guarding Professionals secures the safety of your building site during construction, and can subsequently maintain a presence to continue to protect your completed premises. Our construction division provides you with security officers who control access and secure your entire construction site. Every officer we supply is CSCS (Construction Site Certificate Scheme) qualified.
We also provide an experienced Dog Handling Service to provide additional security to large open spaces or constructions where there is restricted line of sight.
Our guard dogs are trained to show controlled aggression and can pick up intruders either through sight, scent or sound. The dogs will only react if a threat is made against their handler and accept other “friendly” people into their environment.
Industrial / Warehouse and Distribution Guarding
Theft, vandalism and criminality on industrial estates are on the rise in today’s ever difficult economic environment. These types of crimes can disrupt your business activity and consequently cost thousands and in some case millions of pounds.
Our industrial division have trained staff who will readily forestall or mitigate such activities through the provision of manned guarding services which include gatehouse staff, building patrols, vehicles and personnel searches as well as CCTV monitoring.
In addition a Dog Handling Service can be readily provided for this type of service need.
Neighbourhood Security
The neighbourhood division supplies trained officers who specialise in access and ingress control, street patrol, CCTV monitoring, daily deliveries, traffic management, weighbridge control and all the other everyday elements concerning the secure running of your neighbourhood. In the event that your security alarm is activated, Guarding Professionals officers will immediately respond and investigate the cause, liaise with the alarm company and, if necessary, the local police and other emergency services that may be required. The use of this alarm response service eliminates the risk of inconveniencing yourself or your staff when responding to alarm calls at your premises. We enjoy an excellent relationship with the local police, which help us ensure your property is always in safe hands.
Close Protection Officers and the Principle of P6
Our Close Protection (CP) operatives are all personnel who have been formerly trained in the ex - military police and intelligence services. Our clients include Diplomats, Heads of State, Royal Families, High Profile Business People, Celebrities, and High Profile Sportsmen or Women. Our CP’s are well versed in the laws governing the use of force. We believe in the principle of P6: Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance, once we receive your instructions we will assist you in schedule planning your activity.
Public Sector
We provide guards to Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Courts, Leisure Centres, Museums and Galleries, and Town Centre patrols. We instil the need for professionalism with all our staff, but with security officers that engage with the general public we go “that extra mile” and only employ personnel with superior customer facing skills in order to project the appropriate image of the client on whose behalf our officers work.
Port Security
Apart from Ports and Harbours Security Consultancy, Guarding Professionals is able to supply Ship Security Officers (SSO) and Ports Facilities Security Officers. All our security officers have basic knowledge about the ISPS codes. Depending on your needs and requirements, Guarding Professionals will work with its partners within the Industry to re-train the officers that would be deployed at your harbour in order to equip them with all the necessary skills and knowledge needed to keep people and property safe and secure.
Door Supervisors
Guarding Professionals supplies licensed and well qualified door supervisors to help in the smooth running of hotels, bars and clubs. These smartly dressed and customer oriented officers assist in the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the well being and total enjoyment of your clients.
Retail Security
Guarding Professionals supplies retail trained security officers to retail businesses across the UK. Our officers also act as in-store detectives; offer first aid response and civil recovery management. We provide all our staff with advanced customer service training; they will welcome customers to your business premises and contribute in providing your customers with safe and secure shopping experience. The officers are also trained in helping to minimise theft and loss of inventory.

CCTV SYSTEMS 24 hours a Day, 7 Days a Week Remote monitoring
In the modern world CCTV and Video Surveillance has established itself as the most important management tool in Valuable Loss prevention. Guarding Professionals has embraced this technology and uses it to provide safety and security for all its clients. Retailers use CCTV to monitor for shoplifters and dishonest employees, compile recorded evidence against bogus accident claims and monitor merchandising displays in stores that may be hundreds of miles away. Manufacturers, governments, hospitals and universities use CCTV to identify visitors and employees, monitor hazardous work areas and lone worker situations, thwart theft and ensure the security of their premises and parking facilities. We can either monitor your CCTV remotely or through “In House” monitoring stations.
